Banana Bread Smoothie

This protein-packed, delicious drinkable breakfast or snack is an ideal choice for those busy days when you're on the go.

  • 2 medium bananas, peeled 和 sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups 冰块
  • 3/4 cup fat-free plain Greek 酸奶
  • 1/4 cup fat-free 牛奶
  • 2 tablespoons rolled 燕麦
  • 2 teaspoons pure 枫糖浆
  • 1 teaspoon 香草 extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 和 (optional) pinch of ground cinnamon (for garnish), divided use
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped unsalted pecans or walnuts (optional)

  1. In a food processor or blender, process the bananas, 冰块, 酸奶, 牛奶, 燕麦, 枫糖浆, 香草, 和 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon until smooth. 
  2. Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with the chopped pecans 和 the remaining pinch of cinnamon. 即可食用.

保持健康: For a smoothie with more fiber, increase the amount of 燕麦 to 1/2 cup.
